Returns and Refund Policy

At Casa Verano, we believe it’s important that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • The product must not show any damage caused by use or careless handling by the customer.

We reserve the right to charge for a reduction in value if a product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an order.

If a product turns out to be defective or if Casa Verano has delivered the wrong product, we will fully reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Personalized Products

Products that have been personalized or custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned or canceled.

An exception applies if:

  • the product was received damaged or defective;
  • Casa Verano made an error during the personalization process, for example, if a name or text was rendered differently than the customer correctly specified.

In such cases, we will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@casaveranoliving.com or via the contact form on our website. If possible, include clear photos of the product and the packaging so we can review your request quickly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.

Upon approval, the purchase amount for the returned products will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original order.

Any original shipping costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned within the statutory cancellation period, in accordance with applicable European consumer law. Any additional costs incurred because you chose a shipping method other than our standard delivery will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges

Casa Verano does not offer the option to exchange products.

If you would like a different product, you can simply place a new order after receiving your refund.
